2 crore aid for the state level Kittoor festival, CM Bommayi will drive the Veerajyoti Yatra tomorrow.

The historic Kittoor festival has been recognized as a state-level festival this time and will be held for three days.

The Veera Jyoti Yatra, which was limited to Belgaum district, has also expanded to the state level, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai will launch the Yatra at the Bangalore City Hall on 2nd. Then it will travel across the state and reach Kittoor on the day of the beginning of the festival. 2 crore has already been released for the Kittoor festival.

Veerajyoti will travel to historical centers from tomorrow. Belgaum district in-charge minister Govinda Karajola informed that a grand program will be held in Kittur on October 23, 24, 25 in collaboration with Kannada and culture department and district administration.
